Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue your refund within 1–2 business days, ensuring you receive it quickly. You’ll be kept informed every step of the way.

If you’d like to initiate a return, simply log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll send an email notification as soon as your refund is processed and on its way to you.
